Do: Make sure to remove makeup before hitting the sheets as your skin needs to breathe overnight. And makeup prevents that, as leaving it on overnight clogs the pores which cause blackheads. Just put some olive oil on a cotton pad and gently massage oil and get rid of makeup.

Don’t: At least once or twice a week, exfoliate your skin to remove layers of dead skin. It will make sure to leave more healthy glow and brighter skin. You can apply a paste of walnut with yogurt to exfoliate your skin and promote radiant skin.

  1. Sun and skin:

Do: Must apply the sunscreen as the sun exposure will cause wrinkles and increase age spots. You must apply SPF to protect your skin from the sun and other skin problems. This is one of the best beauty tips for glowing skin and recommended by every beauty expert.

Don’t:No excuses when applying the sunscreen whether it is cloudy or cold outside. You must lather up your skin with SPF of at least 30 even if you are heading to ice or snow.

  1. Healthy Diet:

Do: Eat a healthy diet, fruits, and vegetables if you want live healthy and have glowing skin. Your diet matters a lot for your skin as they require sufficient proteins and vitamins. A diet with vitamin C and low in fats promote radiant skin.

Don’t: If you are a lover of ice cream, cookies and desserts then you need to control yourself. Eating tons of sugar forms advanced glycemic index and are worst for the skin. The frozen meals and skim milk are also linked with acne breakouts.

  1. Beauty Sleep:

Do: Try to sleep properly at night for at least 8 hours, your sleeping matters a lot for healthy skin. If you don’t shut your eyes then your skin just get tired like you. Applying honey after twice a week is also a good option for healing your skin.

Don’t: Forget to wash and moisturize your skin before going to bed. You can either use milder cleansers that are free from alcohol for dry skin. Avoid hot water as it dries out your skin excessively.

Do: Must wash your face with warm water three times in a day with a cleanser and gently massage face. Make sure your cleanser contains hydroxyl acid or Multanimitti works really best. It proves effective against antibacterial actions.

Don’t: Pop pimples as they lead to redness, swelling and even scaring. Just clean the area with rose water and place a chilled green tea bag for 10 minutes.
