Is French Fries Actually Healthier Than Salads

Eating healthy is really difficult especially if you’re surrounded by a number of delicious foods and dishes. But eating healthy is key to balance life and away from diseases. It is also difficult to eat healthy especially when you’re trying to lose weight or change your lifestyle.

The fact is that everyone wants to eat something so they curb their carvings. Some of us usually rely on eating pizzas only on weekend or eating pasta for breakfast. Everyone has its own healthy lifestyle changes and choices while some eat burgers in lunch.

But this time new research has just delighted French fries’ lover!

As any food which is deep fried and loaded with carbs is the best option. This study is revealed from Israel and led by professor Segal after monitoring 800 different people. The study monitors blood sugar levels among different people who consumed identical meals. They also track physical activity, sleep habits and bathroom activity to find the truth. It shows that everyone’s body reacted to foods differently.

The scientist allowed people to eat French fries with all their hearts and not feel any negative effect. The fact is that one person’s sugar level rises after eating banana but not after eating a cookie. But some of the people acted oppositely to this situation. Some of participant’s face sugar level rise after eating sushi instead of eating ice cream or vice versa.

Professor Segal added that human body reacted differently to others. What we found main difference is that rise in blood sugar among different people who consume identical meals. It shows that why personalized eating choices are more likely to help people stay healthy.

People face different reactions while eating different foods. It all depends on their personal choice, lifestyle, genetics, and microbiome. This shows that why people are unable to stay true with their diet plan as their bodies reject these eating items. People will return towards their normal lifestyle and routine.

It shows that everyone should need to develop personal dietary recommendations that help to prevent obesity and diabetes. People are working hard to follow their diet plan and stay true to it and eating something specific. But their bodies are actually rejecting such food items and revert back to normal routine.

From this research,it is not proved that fries are always healthy as compared to salads. But deep frying things always lead to French fries and we hope this dream becomes true.
