A difficult co-worker sucks all the joy out of work and even makes you less effective! The agendas conflicts, personalities clash are common in the workplace environment. Sometimes it happens because they have difficult personalities and sometimes because you hate your job.

Deal with difficult coworker, bosses, customers, and clients are an art worth perfecting. You can enhance work environment when you have the ability to deal with people at work. Below are some tips that surely help you to deal with difficult coworker:

If you are going to accept the situation then it means you are wishing that it will change by itself. It means a commitment and not to take a bait.
